By submitting a product review to AMSOIL INC., you represent and warrant that:

You are the original author of your review
You voluntarily waive all "moral rights" that you may have in such content
All content you post is accurate. You are at least 18 years old. Use of the content you supply does not violate these Terms & Conditions

For any content that you submit, you grant AMSOIL INC. a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to you.

Applicable Law

This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions. Where federal jurisdiction applies to any matter arising from this Agreement, jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding shall be in the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. Any user choosing to access this Site from other countries or locations do so of their own accord and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. AMSOIL makes no representation that the materials provided on this Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access where its content is illegal is strictly prohibited.

Severability and Integration

If any portion of these Terms are held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
